Upset stomach

Does anyone else gets upset stomach?

Yes have it right now feel constipated/bloated and that has sent my heart racing, muscle spasms and feel sick. Just feel anxious from it and it’s always at night before bed so I end up having a rubbish sleep.

My anxiety is a bit better.i figured wat was the problem an then i try my best to fix it.

I’ve had stomach issues ever since my anxiety started! It was never like this before the anxiety

I don’t...I personally don’t feel they really help/don’t want to deal with all the side effects
