I lost my Mum to a heart attack just over a year ago and now I’ve been told I have high cholesterol
My Dad has also just died 2 weeks ago from lung cancer
I spent all the time since mum died looking after Dad and now he has gone all my focus is on my own health and I have started to have severe anxiety and panic Attacks for the first time since 2001
I had taken really bad panic attacks when I was a teenager and again when I was in my 30’a
I took 20 mg of Seroxat for 20 years and thought I was doing really well until now and I feel I have gone right back to square one as I am now convinced I am going to develop heart problems like my mum
Any ideas on what I could do

Firstly my sincere condolences for the loss of both of your parents, must have been terrible to lose both parents in such a short time.
If you are concerned about your heart go see a doctor and get all necessary test done to ease your worries. With the cholesterol there is medication that you can get for that, also ask your doctor about a diet that will help you to keep in under control. Also exercise is also good for the heart.
