I hear you.. my symptoms are in my head... I'm so over this crap.. thinking what did I do wrong to deserve this... I have such a good big heart and I am suffering.. I don't get it?
Take a hot shower, a hot cup of sweet tea, comfy clothes and turn on some good music.
