So I just received my "dare" book in the mail. I heard it was very good for anxiety. I'll give a review after I finish.

I'm just about done. It's very good. It is similar to Claire Weekes philosophy on dealing with anxiety. Kind floating and not fighting against it. Sometimes Easier said than done. But it takes practice

yes, I like it very much. Every time I would catastrophize a new system, I would go back to the book, that is until my dog chewed it up, lol. I also like the anxietycentre.com website which has a whole list of systems. They also have counselors(too expensive for me) that have gone through anxiety themselves and list the symptoms they were dealing with. It's probably one of my favorite go to's when I am struggling.
