I see a lot of posts on here from people who might benefit from the Dare app. It teaches you about anxiety and has exercises/meditations to help combat it naturally. (Although I think it’s helped me more bc I’m also on meds)
There’s also a section on panic attacks and smaller sections on worry and insomnia. I paid for full access and it’s been well worth it.
No I don’t get any kickbacks if you do it lol, just genuinely being helpful. If anyone’s had positive experiences with it please comment to keep me motivated! 😊

I used it and it was a bit of a help. I eventually needed medication, which I'm on now - maybe revisiting the audiobook wold be interesting again now. Thanks for posting.
I don’t think I’m trying the exercises hard enough. I usually want to do everything naturally but had to stop being stubborn and realize I need meds for the time being. But hopefully someone sees the post and it helps em out. I never read the book but I did the workbook.
It's good to have an app like that but i still prefer MMJ, I have been suffering from social anxiety ever since I was in high school so I started to drink early on and abuse prescription medications. This was a vicious cycle that I was living in and I almost gave up trying to find a solution to my mental health. I started to do some research about CBD medicine and I came across blimburnseeds.com/cannabis/.... It was an anxiety battle for me trying to finally make the decision to call because I was on the verge of giving up all hope. I write this to give anyone some hope because I was once in the deep caverns of desperation. I know for me that equal parts THC and CBD is what I need and I prefer to use tinctures because it lasts longer and it works instantly for me. Just sharing, have a nice day.
What is MMJ? I tried cbd oil to see if I could get any benefit from it (physically or mentally) but didn’t like how I felt. I didn’t want to keep wasting money because there are sooo many options out there!
