Try meditation or brain dumping (writing down everything that comes to mind for a few minutes). I find it helps me let go of lingering thoughts and start work fresh
same problem.
Do you have anxiety?
No medication. And it happens here and there. Especially when I have anxiety. I can’t really focus on what I’m doing. And I easily make small mistakes. I’ll have the client tell me something and I completely miss it.
Listening. I can't concentrate on anything when I feel anxious.
