What helped me the most was not worrying about it...which I know sounds really dumb because if you could stop worrying, you wouldn’t be on this forum lol but once I just accepted that it was happening and that it was ok, it happened a lot less!
pickled cabbage and exercise...+ There is wim hoff breathing technique also.. but i never tryied it...ppl say is good .and that you can see things better after practicing it... also they report a clarity in vision...
Fogginess has always been my most prevalent issue. I have always reached for the meclizine pill for inner ear issues and it helps sometimes. When it has gotten really bad, for many days, I call my Neuro and he gives me a run of prednisone, and it usually goes away. I don't do that quickly, because I hate all the side effects of pred! Haven't had to take that for about a year!
