What helps you guys with the brain fog? It's so hard for me to do anything because I feel so cloudy and forgetful.

What helped me the most was not worrying about it...which I know sounds really dumb because if you could stop worrying, you wouldn’t be on this forum lol but once I just accepted that it was happening and that it was ok, it happened a lot less!

Fogginess has always been my most prevalent issue. I have always reached for the meclizine pill for inner ear issues and it helps sometimes. When it has gotten really bad, for many days, I call my Neuro and he gives me a run of prednisone, and it usually goes away. I don't do that quickly, because I hate all the side effects of pred! Haven't had to take that for about a year!

I’m thinking about going to a neurologist not 100% sure what they will do though. I have very bad brain fog / memory issues..
