Lately I got triggered by something (won't say what it is) and now I'm constantly fearing for my life. Every time I have a negative thought I gasp and think I'm going to die. When I go to sleep my heart skips beats more than usual. Is this normal "flight or fight" mode? And is it harmless? Thanks.
