My two biggest fears that lead to my issues...

1) Dying

2) Vomiting

I fear dying and that is why I am always at doctors demanding tests. I feel that if I catch something in time...then I will survive. You always hear about people dying, and if they only got a simple test they’d have lived. It freaks me out more than anything!!!! And it is the main reason for my anxiety...

Vomiting causes me to go into immediate panic mode and I start crying too. Vomiting it’s the cause of all my issues, but it’s a big fear.

I am the same. I keep thinking something bad is going to happen to me and that the doctors have missed something. I panic and am so lightheaded, feel like I'm dying and get that impending doom feeling. How do you cope and what are your symptoms?

I also have the fear of vomiting, with the slightest weird feeling in my stomach it makes me anxious.

I also have a phobia of sick. Always have but these past few years I’ve had anxiety alongside it too. I’ve just started CBT so keeping my fingers crossed it makes a difference.
