Feeling odd!

Hi , not posted in a while as usual been very busy, lately have suffered more so with palpitations, funny heart beats , jumping: flipping/ banging heart . Feel like my whole digestive system is off pain and discomfort. Left arm ache and my body / head feels like it’s pulsating nodding cant explain it ! I’ve now started to get anxious about these symptoms anymore else had similar?? Thank you .

When was your last check up? I do know that when my stomach is messed up so is my heart...vagal response. I get left arm pain that is muscular and when tense it’s worse. Combined with the other symptoms it can get quite confusing.

Last bloods about 8 months or so ago .. I do have a hietus hernia, Used to get left arm pain years ago ..!

Had a few weeks of upsets and just put it all down to anxiety and stress of that , but really starting to panic now feel very wobbly.. hate this whole thing .. thanks for responding.

Hi 1973m everything you are describing sounds like an over sensitized nervous system causing anything and everything from the top of your head to the bottom of your toes. Is something new going on that brought these symptoms more frequently??

Yes , there had been lots happening , (work, life etc) it seems that once I come out the other side the symptoms start ! I’ve began to fear them , as in worrying there is something wrong with my heart .. so I’m in the full cycle now , fear, nerves , fear . The problem is , it always presents in different ways and floors me ! So I panic . Thanks for responding, hope you’re are well .

Yes I get these funny beats a lot that I seem to get more of when my stomach is playing up,think it is all caused by the anxiety it's horrible
