Ever since I have stayed up, I constantly worries about everything for no reason. Whether it's my health or family, I can't control myself.
Can staying up make you feel like this? I'm afraid of dying soon or fainting. Cause I feel so sleepy and anxious at the same time, what if I don't wake up?! 😢

I have been In those shoes. Not too long ago I was so so scared to fall asleep and when I did I would wake up. The lack of sleep had me feeling so sick during the day. I have gotten better though, I am sleeping better and feeling better through out the day although I have my bad days like today. But I understand you and I understand your fear of death and health anxiety, i have felt all of these, only advice I can give you is to do some meditation before bed maybe even a warm bath. Relax take it easy , breath slowly and deeply, make your room very comfortable to help you sleep better. You will be ok, don't be scared.
Thank you so much. It is really making me feel terrible. Everything about me changed after staying up. I don't feel like the same person but if I go to sleep early, I will feel better. I should be going to sleep early all the time, just the fear of death, and the fear of this, and fear of that have made me afraid of going to bed.
It's not going to be like this always though, I am going to be getting some help for myself before I go crazy. Seriously lol. But I really appreciate your advice, love.
Your welcome. If it helps you feel better go to bed earlier and get the help you need. Sleep is very important for your overall good health. I didn't link feeling sick with lack of sleep till my doctor brought it up and it made so much senceb to me because now that I'm sleeping a little better I feel ok.
Btw! Have it made your body function less. Like everything wasn't functioning properly? I'm afraid that it might had affect my heart but I think it's the anxiety cause I am thinking too much about it.
