Please, someone help me.

Hello all. I’m a 37/f. I have suffered from health anxiety for a very long time. The last 12 months have been the worst of my life in regards to it. It’s been supposed illness after illness and test after test. I have had so many tests and scans I didn’t need. A recent ct scan showed a mildly enlarged spleen. Doctors don’t seem too concerned about it, but I am just...barely functioning. My dr put in a referral for a hematologist at my request, and I’m just so scared. An enlarged spleen can be so many things, but I don’t seem to have any of the common less serious reasons, so how can I not focus on having lymphoma (which is also a major cause of enlarged spleen?) I am weepy all the time. I have no appetite. I constantly feel nauseous to the point of dry heaving. I’m having a particular bad moment right now which led to this post. Someone please help me.

Please cheer up I know that everything seems all messed up at the moment but who knows you might come through this unscathed it might not be as serious as you think please look at the bright side I'll let God handle the rest

Sometimes I think we need a good cry, but maybe not in your present situation?

I feel the same way and have for around 7 months!!! It’s taking a toll on my life!! I’m the opposite some, I’m too scare to go to the md bc fear of what they will find or not find!!!
