I have Social Anxiety Disorder, so going to the gym is a no go.
Does anyone have any tips? Are exercise bikes worth it?
I’m planning to get back into walking 10,000 steps a day again by walking round the park and quiet roads.

Been there, done that! I feel your concern. Happened to me last year and lately. Past two weeks I've been using youTube and 15-20 minute cardio videos to workout in my living room. No worries about going anywhere. Make sure to search for "Beginner cardio workouts." Most are short, 15-20 minutes and don't require jumping if you have low ceilings. After a week or two of these, you may feel more confident working out in public again. Another suggestion is find a workout buddy or hire a trainer if you have the $. Tell them up front your concerns and I'm sure they will make you comfortable. Best of luck!
I’ve been toying with the idea of fitness dvds too, thanks for the advise!x
I think it's a good idea. Cardio is so good for you, you can also try some exercises at home as well
i hate going out to exercise too. i have dvds and youtube that i use. and i walk quiet roads where thee aren't any people
A gym is not necessary. The point is to get the blood and oxygen to the brain. Walking, biking, stair climbing , running in place, jump rope, squats, jumping jacks. Just move a muscle and get the toxins moving. FYI. I've had good results after eliminating stimulants like caffeine and sugar. Good luck ✌️
