Anxiety and panic
Sounds like vertigo. I get it sometimes- I couldn’t even walk on the sidewalk sometimes as I was afraid to fall in the river.
My uncle has it as well and got a pretty quick fix from his doctor.
You might look into it. I rarely get it, but it’s related to your ears and balance
What about a spinning sensation or loud ringing in your ear // buzzing
blamb123 is right about it probably being vertigo
Make sure you're taking care of yourself and drinking water~ Have you been doing okay lately?
I’ve been horrible
trying to drink more water is a small thing ~
Personally, I kind of prefer flavored water, or really cold water
ik that's not much to help, but food and water are important, and if you aren't taking care of yourself then life will get tough
If you need anyone to talk to, I'm happy to listen
Also going to see your doctor about this might be good <3
I think most medications for mental health don't necessarily help this feeling. I take a beta blocker which can cause orthostatic hypotension. This is suddenly rising and your blood pressure spirals downward. It causes immense dizziness and feeling faint. Benzos can even cause dizziness like this as well as many others. Several times I've had to sit down for a second or two. Reorganize and get up slowly. As Foxglove mentions, I too have issues in stores or places with such a large amount of room...sometimes for what I feel is no good reason at all. I can definitely say this does fall in the realm of anxiety and panic. The symptoms list is vast and great, so you may find a lot of doctors concluding it is anxiety or panic. Our bodies perceive a not so logical threat, panic, and then comes the attack(s). The same thing happens to people with anxiety going over bridges. One of the focuses is keeping your eyesight on what's merely in front of you; blocking out all other thought/line of sight instead of looking down or around. That said, as someone else mentioned, it is worth mentioning to your doctor. Your medication could be a cause or another diagnosis could be found (such as vertigo). A lot of the other sensations also sound like anxiety....when I'm anxious, I feel like my body turned up the internal heat. The other sensation could be the globus sensation which can feel like you have a tennis ball or a tight "pit" in your throat. I think this is all normal, but as I'm not a doctor, I think it would be a good idea to mention it. Perhaps they can shine some light on what's causing this to ease your worry or adjust your dose so that you can get the therapeutic benefits without the terrible side effects. Either way, I hope this eases up and you're able to find some symptom free days! Take care for now.
Honestly I haven’t took my meds yet
Don’t be scared; it’s happens to the best of us. Vertigo can make us feel unbalanced at times however; it could also be a side affect from anxiety meds. Contact your physician and he/she may have to adjust your dosage. But you are fine.
All day everyday 😩😩
I do, so I avoid going out sometimes, I'll come back home if I feel that way.
i've had it too sometimes when i get out of bed my head feels like it's spinning it's vertigo try not to panic it will pass
Hi Shaymocha111, I had it last year. Went to two doctors, both said it was vertigo. Mine went on for almost a week. Thats also when my anxiety started. Been struggling with it ever since. Lots of anxiety and panic attacks. AND LOTS of physical symptoms also. I know what your going through.
Hi
Yes I get this a lot too
I suffer with severe anxiety I take diazapam and wondering if that causes mine
It’s a horrible feeling
I totally understand you x
