Felt a bit low last two days like I'm coming down with an episode of depression.

Following on from my deep body massage 1 week ago today I now have a funny headache and pain around my ears. Think it might now be viral as I am still a bit worn out fatigued like the last two days. Taken paracetamol in the hope it will help me sleep through it. Still on 50mg Sertraline. If my symptoms worsen over the next day or two I might ask for an increase. I am turning 40 in 10 days and would like to enjoy it really. Hope tomorrow is a bright day I'm done with the rain and cold now. Bring on spring.

A better day today. Still ache a bit all over. Still tired but after some rest over the weekend I'm feeling a bit brighter. Been to work and had a good day, took the dog for a walk and got dinner on. Hope to sleep better tonight. Snoring husband does not help lol! What to do with him?! Think it is a virus going round as many people I've spoken to report very similar symptoms.
