Finally getting help :)

I finally worked up the courage to get a therapist. While I may be at the lowest I’ve been in a long time at least I’m finally getting professional help

I was where you are at an all time low. I grew up with parents who didn’t believe in therapy or counseling. Finally after moving away for work and hitting rock bottom I needed to do something. Talking to a counselor was the best decision I had made. Good luck! And remember things can only get better.
