You have a lot going on, but I wonder if you have had a good physical lately, and if everything checks out, maybe it's time to seek some professional support or consider some of the self help methods other members of this venue use, including writings of Dr. Weekes You don't need to live like this. Taking some proactive steps may help.

Don't worry that is completely normal for anxiety. Sometimes I used to have chest pains without anxiety. Just try to breathe easly and take deep breaths. You will be fine, don't be scared !!

It’s a cycle. You have a pain (usually muscular) and your already heightened senses so “oh no my heart!”. Your adrenaline kicks in,, causing your increased heart rate and palpitations. Adrenaline also causes many other symptoms including lack of pain.. it’s a natural thing. Desensitizing yourself and learning to work through the anxiety is key. Every time you can get through an anxious moment without that heightened response you are reprogramming your mind. Everyone has a different way to cope/desensitize. I do a combo of low dose meds and strategies I found in various books.

And I agree on a good check up as Hear You said. I had everything under the sun checked out before trying different strategies. It is AMAZING what stress will physically do to your body.

Hey, I really feel for you. You might think it's too hippy dippy, but I found the best medicine for anxiety is guided meditation. Something like mindful meditation on YouTube is really good. It works for me.
