Flickering vision along with foggy vision

So lately I have notice that I’m having flickering in my vision sometimes when I look at my phone I see it or just starring at something it’s scaring me and I also have cloudy vision sometimes is this my aniexty or there actually a medical issues with me

I have had that with migraines brought on by anxiety. Blurriness can be eye strain brought on by staring at electronics. I know as I age my eyes get worse causing blurred vision. This is a normal aging process. It can also be a side effect from medicine etc. I would probably get your eyes checked. Just to be on the safe side or at least mention it to your doctor. There are just so many simple explanations but we can’t tell you for sure. Eyes get tired just like we do also. You may even just need glasses. Try not to stress. At next checkup mention to doctor. Then if he feels it is warranted an eye exam. It’s good to get those regularly anyway. You’ll be fine. It happens to me all the time.
