My world is always spinning

Hello everyone I just want to ask if dizziness part of anxiety? The weird thing is I feel dizzy with or with out feeling anxious!! I hate it!! I’m always feeling dizzy like if I’m going to pass out!! Does anyone else deal with this? What helps you with it?! I been dealing with this crap for years I’m so tired all this makes me feel so unhappy depressed!! Help!

I've been in the same situation you're in Hun. Wish I could help you but unfortunately I can't because I can't even help myself if this dizziness and lightheaded feeling would leave I'd feel awesome

You have to control your mind and believe it’s anxiety and in Time it will fade.
