Doses anybody experience and dizziness feeling like the room is spinning when ur laying down to go bed at night?

I feel light headed all the time. Had all kinds of test. All good. It's good but sucks I hate this feeling.

Honest vertigo is awful there's a cure I've got for it hopefully

Of vertigo or anxiety well I'm always tired weak dizzy of balance feeling bloated vision sometimes is weird panic scared to go places , but vertigo comes and goes just a really bad spinning sensation u can't stand up ya weak if ya stand you'd collapse feels like ya falling

The vertigo symptoms i was asking. But yea i been feeling that way also. The uncomfortable thing is my heart feeling like it's working too hard
