The truth is you cannot drink a load on one single night and still be OK. You probably don't even know it but there is damage done after every single night out. It is worse the more you drink. Now you know why older folk say "steady on" or "don't need to get trollied to have a good night out".

It comes to us all.

The best bit is having one or two drinks and having a really good night rather than relying upon getting hammered to enjoy the night out. That way you CAN go out every night and not feel battered the next day.

hi there if i was you i would go and have your liver and kidneys checked before to to late if you eyes are like this now and you have blue dots get to the doctors or nearest hospital. i used to drink heavy and in time it effects your liver and kidneys take care let me know how you get on bigalan

Do I ek mate only have a drink once a week and then go 2 to 3 without one don't have a drink probl but I like one

in reply toJohn12

may i say if you haven't got a drink problem your words would be Spelt correctly and your eyes wouldn't be like they are blurred the biggest problem is to admit that you have a drink problem until you get to that stage you will never admit you have a drink problem take care Alan
