Anyone else get shakes from anxiety and a warm back of head?

Yeah, got hit with that a couple months ago while driving; same exact stuff - same locations. Believed I was having a stroke and drove to the ER. They gave me CT (w & w/o) and MRIs (brain/spine w/ & w/0) and diagnosed me with a TIA, but they did not find anything either. Neuro and I went over some family history and other things; he believed it's anxiety and prescribed some Xanax, which is great, but I can't go to work that spaced out.

In the meantime, I've had to cold turkey cigarettes and caffeine; neuro believes it was masking the anxiety and then it got past that point where all the smoking and coffee did was intensify it. It is true - many of the biggest coffee drinkers and smokers have anxiety or one of it's PITA cousins.

Now, my ears and jaws buzz from time to time, my legs and arms feel like jelly, I'm tired all the time yet I can't sleep and I worry that I have cancer somewhere, but there's been no fevers and most certainly no weight loss - quite the opposite. It's time I quit f***ing off and get this taken care of.

The reason I replied and ranted is because what you wrote is very close to what kick-started the b.s. on my end with anxiety. Hopefully, you won't make the same mistake of kicking it down the road like I have. I'm 42 with young kids, btw. I want to be a good dad and can't do that having my body feel weird all the time and my mood in the toilet.

I do I feel has if I have Parkinson sometime I shake,drop alot sweat chest pain I have to lean out of window for air I can't sleep in dark have to leave TV on up most nights it's terrible ,I'm with you it's horrible take care xxx
