health anxiety ??

ive been sufferring neck and shoulder pain due to all the stress ive been under but at the same time i keep thinking something isnt right. last night i had my mom check the back of my head for any lumps near the pain and she said she didnt feel anything so i think im just being silly. but i have had an increase of volume in the high frequency sound in my ear thats like constantly there and i have a doctors appt but its not till jan 3 ugh

Do you find your shoulders up to your ears? When you become conscious of the tightening and can control it by mindfully relaxing your shoulders you will feel loads better. These muscles pulled all the way up into my scalp and made my ears feel clogged.

It's definitely tension I've been having the same pain and I realise my shoulders aren't relaxed because of the tension.

This is one of my worst anxiety symptoms that bother me the most. Neck and shoulder pain and tension headaches.

I also get the ear ringing daily too.
