So my general anxiety seems to have stopped, I don’t get anxious going out or in situations I used to. Most of my symptoms have gone and I’ve (touch wood) not had a panic attack since September when my relationship broke down.

Only thing is I literally feel light headed all the time and constant head pressure. I’m experiencing it every day now where as in the last it’d be once or twice a week. I’m getting so fed up and drained with it, I constantly feel weird and the only time it stops is when I’m lay in bed or I’m doing something that takes my mind off everything.

I can’t cope with it and I’m so fed up and it doesn’t help that I’m on roaccutane tablets that can cause depression along side feeling like this. I don’t want to go to the doctors because they don’t even see me they just give me a telephone appointment and offer me medication or nhs counselling.

Please someone reassure me It’s just anxiety and I don’t have a medical condition causing this because all I can think about is anxiety can’t cause constant symptoms like this...

On the contrary, Morgjt, light headedness and constant head pressure are probably the most common symptom of anxiety after stomach upsets.

You deal with it just like any other symptom of anxiety. You don't fight it. You accept it (for the time being). And you carry on as normal despite the uncomfortable feeling knowing that regardless of how lightheaded you feel you won't fall over, collapse or make a fool of yoursekf at work.

Just carry on co-existing with it but not dwelling on it endlessly and pointlessly. Then when you have accepted it to such a degree that you're not that bothered whether the feeling is there or not, when that happy day dawns as dawn it will, the feeling will begin to disperse because you are no longer feeding your sensitive nerves with the hormones of fear.
