Head pressure

Right so, for the last 3 years I’ve dealt with serious anxiety but I come of the tablets I was on and started to get better and the anxiety was fading away then 6 weeks ago I started to get this feeling in my brain that was getting stronger it started off with ringing in the ears but it’s more pressure in the back/ middle of the head.. I feel like I have no anxiety at all except worrying about the pressure I’ve had pressure for 7 weeks now got doctors today so hopefully get some answers instead of scrolling the internet ha! I was at a football match yesterday and the light outside was hurting my eyes and I felt so weird so had to go sit in the car! At the time now all I have is like pressure at the back of the head well more middle and I went on dog walk last night and my vision felt so weird.. scary stuff anyone help? I’ve never had headaches or anything it could be down to stress and anxiety but it’s hard to believe that..
