Im starting work in about a week. Im afraid i wont be able to work with my anxiety. I always have anxiety. I feel it everyday. Whether im dizzy all day or derealization thing. How do you get past that. I really need advice. I need to work.

Im going to try to go back to work for a day next week. I think all you can do is try it and try to relax as much as possible. Until we do it we wont know i guess. Good luck. x

You'll be fine Slammysammy, anxiety may make us uncomfortable but it doesn' t stop us getting on with things that need to be done. You'll start working and because you're thinking about the work you're doing you won't have time to notice anxiety symptoms and dreaming up new symptoms. Occupation is the best therapy for anxiety, that's a known fact. Remember the old saying: Do what you fear and the death of fear is assured. Best wishes for the big day!
