I have been noticing im very very anxious and stressed since startung my coffee addiction haha im handelinng it well so this isnt really a post for help this is just a post lmao maybe I need to cut the coffee down or completly but i work at 6am till 2pm so im always dead asleep until i have coffee to kick start my day

Im constantly shaking my legs just feeling on edge I know yhe solution but im not gonna do it haha

Im handelig my anxiety so much i just know its there and im ignoring it its just at night i notice it more often i guess the coffee and my adhd is not that good together haha OH WELL im HYPER AS heck

That’s what I said to myself “ I’m going out and going to handle it and make today happen. Bugger anxiety I’m not playing it’s nasty game and I’ve got to fight the fear” so as you’ve said doing what I gotta do ! Love the positivity !

Well, you have me laughing out loud! Had a job for a while on that sort of shift...post office delivering mail, off at 3 pm. Did it to help with college costs. BUT I am probably the only person in the world that doesn't like coffee or strong tea....love the smell, but found myself falling asleep on the floor pillows by 8 p.m.

Worked 12 hours a day when preparing for trial...but with anxiety riding shotgun and any sort of caffeine in me, I would be outrunning your train, so move over to the next track if anyone ever serves me a REAL coke.

Yep...the caffeine may wake up both you and your anxiety ....everything has itsside effects, doesn't it. :)

Oh yes everything has its side effects and yeah i feel you im hlad i let you have a laugh out loud we need to laugh at certain times especially dark days and yeah anxiety and myself both wake up sadly but its okay im occupied usually except night time since things start slowing down except my thiughts and anxiety but we are gooooood

Polly want a cracker??? No she wants Wild Turkey 101 straight! None of this pedestrian cracker stuff this late in my evening. Well, it's 10 p.m. somewhere.

Lately my depression hits hard when I wake and know won't shake off until noon. Anxiety is riding along with me until the late evening when all is better for me when everything is quiet, everyone's asleep and I read something or another. Really don't want to sleep because of those persistent PTSD nightmares. But life is what it is and "that's my story and I'm sticking to it."

Have a decent day tomorrow where ever you're at. But don't push the cracker business with your birds.

I speak, hear and read Southern, so no idea what you just wrote. BUT, Woops, that bird just swung downward on that perch. She's definitely needing WT 101 no matter what time it is now. I'll have to tend to her if you don't....so bye for now.

Not anymore..had her quota of WT 101 and she is a passed out chick now. Bird definitely gone but happy. So hush yo mouth and let her enjoy her sleep now.

Well... 6 months late haha 😂

But you can fight your fears lol all you do is go out and do what you fear you are right you can’t fight anxiety but your fears you can :)
