Like ill be sitting down ill feel my pulse and it will be fine then out of nowehere go faster and slow down and then change its beat and add extras in? I've had tests all normal but they done a test like a few moths ago on holter monitor and i have sinus arrytjmia and sinus tachycardia any help please commwnt thank you

Well the sinus bit is good as it’s saying your own pacemaker in your body is working normally like it should as that’s what the hospital told me. It is normal to have tachycardia sometimes and it’s not damaging having a fast heart rate for several hours. These are all things the hospital told me.

If worried go to your GP as we are not doctors and they know what’s going on. I notice mine does that but I’ve started ignoring it as I think some of these feelings were the muscles in the area making it feel like my heart was beating irregular checked it and it was normal rhythm.

I always get loads of weird sensations and pains round my heart chest area still freaks me out but I keep telling myself it’s prob not my heart.

Hi i am now reading your post and know exactly how u feel . My severe anxiety brought on by the death of both my dad and younger sister have contributed to me having sinus tachycardia I am on beta blockers but am starting to feel them again after 2mths on meds..its frightening..how are u , are u on meds
