I’ve got really bad burning gnawing pain in the front of my shoulders like at my chest beside collar bones and burning in my upper tummy and pain down my arms I’m getting really scared of it 😭 anyone no what’s going on ? Should I phone the doctor

Hi caits sorry to see your unwell if it helps you get some advice i would phone nhs24 or dial 111 tell them your symptoms and thay will try to help if i remember you live in scotland please phone the above 111 or nhs 24 ! Please let me know how you get on take care david
