Endoscopy

Well I have had really bad pain in my stomach .... it really scared me up because I had no relief from pain .... as I had my endoscopy today the doctor told me that everything is fine ..... yet they said this is the stress causing it so don’t worry about it... but why is still ache there in my stomach?

Thats good news Aamir, very good news. You must accept the result of the endoscopy and accept that your stomach ache is anxiety. The stomach is the organ of the body most often affected by anxiety. Ask your doctor for something to relieve your stomach ache and in the meantime try some peppermint tea.

If you accept the stomach ache and don't stress yourself about it you will find it will eventually pass.

I am in great relief right now as my endoscopy was absolutely fine... and now I hope the pain subsides quickly..

My stomach was my worst issue. I also had a negative endoscopy. We hold our muscles so incredibly tight with anxiety and that doesn’t help either.
