I'm doing pretty bad right now. I've never liked Autum/Winter but my anxiety skyrocks in this season. Once we switch the clocks to winter time I start feeling very bad. It's the darkness, somehow it yells DANGER and I also feel a bit claustrophobic. I have the knowledge, the "tools" to work with it but still is AWFUL. The worse part is that I can only see 4 or 5 month of misery ahead, not even the XMAS holidays seem joyful.
I've had a session with my therapist 3 days ago, it didn't help much
