Anxiety out of the blue!

Does anyone have anxiety that just comes out of nowhere? I had another amazing day and now out of the blue the physical symptoms start and now I'm anxious! I believe 100% of my anxiety and panic come from my physical symptoms! I can go all day with even thinking of anxiety. My counselor and I figured out most of my anxiety happens at night. I'm really doing the work to battle this disorder and getting to the bottom of this! I was wondering if anyone else can relate?

Yep. Happens to me all the time. I'll be feeling good all day, then boom! Like a lightning bolt, out of the blue for no reason I start panicking, I start feeling like I can't breathe. Also happens at times when I am falling asleep (then don't fall asleep), wakes me up in the middle of the night, or I wake up feeling that way, in a panic. I'm sorry it's happening to you, but I'm glad I'm not alone.

I have the same issues I thought maybe it was because I've only been on my medicine for almost a month. Hate you are feeling that but glad to know I'm not alone. I want to get into counseling but it's hard finding with me not having insurance it's too expensive but I won't give up.

I think you need to continue to be patient and keep praying! It is going to take a little longer for the meds to take full effect. I do a lot of journaling it helps get everything out of my head and I have a record of how im feeling and such. Make a gratuity list. I do this on days I'm feeling down. Also write a list of things that are good about you.. it could be something as simple as brushing your teeth. Do a little more each day. doing little things helps pull me out of my own head. You can message me anytime to chat.
