Weird anxiety.

Just a quick post... the past few months my anxiety is just being odd. I’ve had it for almost 3 years now and it just has become part of me. Anyways as of recent like the past year, I have been awfully stressing and panicking about my heart health. I walk around and think I’m going to drop dead from a heart attack or cardiac arrest. It’s always something crazy. Laying in bed at night is even worse. I lay there and hear my heart beating, and my brain is soooo ridiculously crazy it convinced me that my heart skipped a beat and stopped beating in general which then causes me to go into a panic attack. This anxiety just slows down everything in my world, it’s like I’m never getting to what I wanna do cause this is my life... life of fear and anxiousness
