Hi first time posting here, just wanted to ask if anyone else feels like if they stop worrying about something things will go wrong.
I have health anxiety and when I have a new physical symptom or am waiting for test results I feel if I don't worry about it the worst will happen. It feels like a vicious circle of getting better and feeling good to then worrying that I haven't been worrying!

Hey welcome to this forum (: yeah trust. Me I get that all the time. I scheduled a cardiologist and it took 2 weeks I was scared and worried all the time and then I had to wear a golfer monitor for two weeks. I always feel that way. It stinks. Do you take any med?
I'm on mirtazapine 15mg at moment and I think it is helping, which is why I have started having less anxiety and then worrying I'm not worrying which is ridiculous!
