Does anyone else get short of breath all the time. I've gone to the doc they say it's anxiety but all day off and on I feel like I can't get enough air. In the morning it starts and I worry about it all day.

I feel like I'm suffocating
I have the same thing and I have been to docs and they gave me an inhaler and just made it worse. Iv just learned to live with it and its slowly sorting itself out might take a while but learning to control your thoughts helps and keeping your kind busy hope this helps
I get that feeling, I try to not focus on it as much as possible ( I know it's very hard). I try to take deep breaths once in a while and if I succeed with that, I know I am ok.
I go threw this to and I found that is was trapped air in esophagus after I burp real deep or take something that's gonna make me burp it helps .. I have had every test with lungs and all that they could not find anything , but I finally figured mine out myself . Maybe it could be the problem for you.
Hello, I'm currently the same, I think it's possible that it is anxiety causing this, does it bother you when you're busy or only when you notice it? The more you think about it the worse it gets. You'll be ok , that's what I'm telling myslef
Breathe deeply. When you get anxious, your breathing quickens, which reduces the amount of oxygen your brain gets. This makes it more difficult to think clearly and form logical reasoning. Take a moment to focus on taking deep belly breaths. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds, and then release it for 4 seconds. Doing this for 1-2 minutes should help to calm your nerves quickly.
I have been suffering with the same thing now for a few months. Been tested for Asthma not that, been told to doing breathing techniques and there not really working. Iv now got to take 20mg of citalopram for a month and keep a mood diary then go back to the doctors. Don't see what that has to do with the breathing thing but hey ho. I suffer with anxiety so bad it affects me wanting to travel anywhere and now with this breathing on top makes it all the worse but your right if u know u can't breath properly it makes you panic and breath worse. But I hope you find something that works for you and you can control it in the near future
Iv been back to the doctors and had all nessesary tests and it is my generalized anxiety, so I now take 20mg of citalopram in the morning and before bed. Have only just started but gonna see what happens within the next couple of weeks. Fingers crossed
Literally me all the time. It's anxiety. I hope you learn to breath good and to cope with your anxiety.
Has it gotten better
