I feel like I'm stuck with anxiety since last night. I've woken up shaking and with a lump feeling in my throat. I don't know if it's anxiety (most likely is) but I don't know what I'm anxious about. I'm just shaking I was able to get a couple hours of sleep, but it won't stop
What can I do

Nmp1, at least once a week someone here mentions that they can feel a lump in their throat, I had it myself 20 years ago, it's a very common anxiety symptom and is harmless though maybe discomforting for a while. Its even got a name Globus Hystericus. The important thing is not to worry about it, accept it for the time being, attach less importance to it and eventually it will pass, sort of die of neglect so to speak. So don't stress yourself about the feeling of a lump in your throat, it's only a feeling, there is no lump.
You can have symptoms of anxiety without having something you're anxious about, anxiety is a law unto itself and can strike for no apparent reason, the cure for all its symptoms is the same, accept them calmly for the time being, don't allow them to generate further fear that maintains your anxious state, you WILL recover and all you have to do is accept, accept and accept and let time pass. You will be fine, you will recover believe me, calm yourself and let refreshing sleep come and comfort you.
