Anyone else's sleeping schedule wrong i find my self up all night and Sleeping during the day and idk how to fix it.

I don't have the problem only because my daughter would not allow it lol. My suggestion would be to stay awake during the day. Maybe exercise and keep busy as long as you can then try going to bed later and later until your sleeping schedule is back to normal.

Yes I stay up till around 6 am and sleep till 1-2. It’s just what I do. Sometimes I’ll get on a normal schedule but always end up back in the same pattern eventually.
I’m up for the dumbest reason. I had a dream that I left the sprinkler on. I got up to check even though it snowed here today and I know the sprinkler has been put away. Frick.....
I mentioned to my pdoc that I was a severe night owl and she was stunned that i could easily stay up until 6 or 7 am. She said the hypothalamus should regulate most people to be in bed earlier. But with no help needed - soda, coffee etc I can get in a terrible pattern. I have a full time job so I don't have the luxury to do that anymore. I also found that taking my ssri makes me want to be in bed earlier. So I really think this has a lot to do with depression. Or the need for quiet solitude.
It really isn't a good thing staying up during the night, it isn't good for your health. Do you not work during the day ? . I'm tired when I go to bed but I have a very hard Job, it's like going to the gym !!.
