Yeah but no one seems to care to help me with this or to understand I get up at 6 for college and I go to bed early I’m asleep by ten and my doctor tells me you go bed early maybe that’s why but I go bed early because I have so little sleep

It’s hard and try a specialist if a doctor can’t help because I’m gonna be doing counselling soon to see if that helps and try to stay strong it’s easy saying it then doing it but try that’s my advice

I see a psychiatrist but she’s releasing me as she isn’t helping I feel belittled and not listened to at all when I go to her so I’m at the point of giving up on help

I don’t know how it is where your from but the uk is ok with helping out people like my self and never give up because when you give up it will get worse and harder to control and never give up even if no one helps because one day you will find someone to help you

I’m from the uk I see someone at camhs but I’m not really getting the help I need my psychiatrist just says the same throng every time which I’ve told her isn’t helping so hopefully I can find someone else who can help me

Just try going to your GP and ask them for help and advise and see what happens but the last thing on your mind should be is to never give up regardless what’s going on

I can’t help wanting to give up right now and my gp gave me some things to read about insomnia and said to try some sleeping tablets but neither worked

in reply toBethxxany

Best thing is to do is check if your life style is causing this problem and messing your sleep up

I’m not 100 percent sure what it was now I just remember they were blue

Yes that was it but they didn’t help in the slightest but my gp

Doesn’t want to give me proper sleeping tablets I think with those it was that they had a side affect of sleepiness
