Ringing ears before I sleep

Ringing ears before I sleep every night what a bitch it is rings even more when I’m trying to deep sleep and the GP are a waste of time they don’t help at all and all they say is take painkillers that’s the answer to everything crazy GPs

Another member here mentioned using warm cocunut oil in them. She said to make sure it’s 100% virgin coconut oil. You may want to try that.

I’ve got an appointment with the neurologist because it’s been going on for a couple of months now Hopefully will get sorted by then

May also look into and ENT. Sometimes it’s inner ear related.

I have this too anytime it's quite I can hear the ringing. You could try sleeping with music on or nature sounds to help drown out the ringing. But I have recently read that deficiency in vitamin d can cause ringing in the ears.

So can vertigo.

Hi

I had this too. The ringing is always there but other noises drown it out, hence you only hear it at bedtime when it's quiet. I remember looking for a gadget that had been left switched on but no one else could hear it. Went to see the GP, turns out it's not uncommon. Later I found out my mum, sister and cousin had it too, so could be genetic. I had it for a couple of years and it seems to have gone.
