Ears ringing, not the typical buzzing

Hi beautiful people! Hope everyone is feeling better than yesterday!!

So, the fire alarm just went off because I have the most sensitive fire alarm ever as I am cooking something on the stove.

Now, that I got it under control. My ears won't stop RINGING! It ringing LOUD! So anxiety comes from around the corner and makes me more sensitive to the average person. Has anyone experience moments of LOUD ringing in the ears?! Aside of the typical "anxiety" buzzing that we get.😫

I have also experienced the loud ringing when the smoke detector keeps going off as I'm cooking. It's not just you Lalakeyss, we are sensitive to noise, odors, heat, cold etc etc. I now have the battery out of the unit which isn't too smart...Hope the ringing in your ears stops soon. x

I've had ringing in my ears for years. My neurologist doesn't know what causes it or how to stop it. He said he has ringing in his ears too.

I very seldom have headaches. My neurologist gave me an exercise that has healed my vertigo. But the ringing is still there.

They may need to do an operation on your ear to sort the crystals out If you’re still going to ring in the sounds

They aren't ringing anymore. Just last night when the fire alarm was going off

Living with the ringing. An operation might cause another problem.

in reply tosteadfast66

Well not really because I had an operation and the ringing ears stopped

Oh wow. Great.

in reply tosteadfast66

You should speak to your doctor about the operation of the ear 👂 It will be much better if you did it and sort the problem out because living with ringing ears is a nightmare

I've learned to ignore it for the most part. However, I will speak to my ENT doctor. Funny he never mentioned an operation. Thanks for the suggestion.

in reply tosteadfast66

The doctor never mentioned it because they’re doing a lot of comebacks on NHS funding but if you keep on nagging the doctor he will eventually give up and give you what you want

Same story. Profits before care. Lord have mercy!

in reply tosteadfast66

The doctor has much to offer you just need to keep on moaning and complaining and you get what you want that’s what I do and I get good results at what I do and that’s moan lol 😂
