Hi cas what a time your having put the kettle on 🤗I must be in tune with u had a wobbler last nite as well then chronic headache 🤕.was in bed at 8pm my young son lay next to me and said don't worry it will pass!!! My god were would be without our family.sounds like me we have hit rock bottom trying to work function look after our family and run a home 🏡.then this morning woke up with anxiety its waking me at night as well.said to my husband as today my day off will I go to doctors? He just said u know what it is anxiety menapause and you are worried to death relax!!! Then he said I've aged wrinkles lots of them!!! In last 3 months ahh but told me he loved me !!!! Happy days feel pants look pants and know he has told me to last week 3 friends said it to .try and settle yourself eat little and often sounds you have health anxiety like me .ive had endoscopy it was ok big hugs 🤗 xxxx

I know but you survived it 🙏Sometimes anxiety is a hell of a cross to carry.hope u are having a cuppa xx
