So I’ll be starting this job pretty soon and I just wanted to know what’s the best way to handle anxiety at work .... I have it really bad around people

Mines not even about being around people it’s about the whole new environment. I am terrified at failing as well.

Are you on any medication for anxiety as this helps take a beta blocker daily and your life will change you will start becoming yourself with confidence
