Hello....I’ve been feeling so anxious and today, especially since no one else has been home all day I just keep crying because I’m afraid iv made my body so sick from anxiety that I’ll die my throat is feeling sore on one side and I’m feeling warm but I can’t tell if I’m sick/have an infection or something....because I’ve had feeling hot a lot lately from anxiety...but now I can’t tell if I have something horrible wrong or not 😩 and I’m afraid to take my temp because I’m worried that I’ll have a fever
Just feeling like I’ll never get better and that I’m so sick from the anxiety or something else

First thing breathe ! Relax . I say drink a nice warm cup of tea ☕️, that's what I'm doing right now with honey cuz I am stuffed up sore throats etc. you are not going to die, believe me . I'm thinking that since last November and I'm still here. 🤗 Anxiety is like a hamster on a wheel . The wheel is the anxiety and the hamster is you the faster you go the anxiety would get worse. Sorry I suck at acronyms lol. Take some time for yourself and most importantly distract your mind. Message me if you want idk where your from but you can text me or Facebook me too
Wilburbudgirl, it's not possible to make your body so sick from anxiety that you'll die, anxiety doesn't have the power to do that. There are no cases of that happening EVER and, No, you aren't going to be the first.
The problem with your throat being sore is just a mild throat infection, treat it with the usual antiseptic throat lozangers, it is not something horribly wrong, believe me.
You will get better and you can help yourself to get better by getting to understand how anxiety works and how it can be dispersed, with this in mind I would direct you to Claire Weekes' first book 'Self help for your nerves' available from Amazon, they don't come any better than that.
