Out..
I find that when I drink margaritas (which has been weeks) the sourness of it does the same thing to me. Dries out my throat and I get a dry cough. Could it be that for you also?
My heart and my anxiety are extremely reactive to alcohol in any amount. Even a small glass of wine with dinner makes my arrhythmia act up and will usually make me super anxious. Try cutting out alcohol, caffeine, excessive sugar, cigarettes and anything like that for a couple of weeks and see if you notice some improvement. You might be surprised.
If you already suffer from any kind of anxiety or depressive issues you should stay away from alcohol as it is a depressant and very bad for your mental health.
I'm not one of those tee totalers by choice, I love a cocktail, or wine with meal etc, but I have abstained for four years, due to the effects and the possible reaction to meds.
I hope to one day be better, to get all my issues put to bed and get on with my life, but till then I avoid stimulants. I admit I have an occasional latte or fizz juice, but I'm sensible. I mainly have them when I am very sluggish to help me get a bit more aware, and I do crave cakes, scones. ,chocolate, which I have to admit I am quite guilty of eating, but I know I shouldn't , but I feel they are the least damaging to my mental health.
Take care. X
Garamanda, I totally agree with you in that taking alcohol with a antidepressant or antianxiety drug can present big problems in breathing. The two combined can suppress the breathing to a critical level. Not worth taking the chance. If it were a choice, I'd say go with your sweet tooth stay away from alcohol. Thanks for your input, it's always more reassuring hearing it from others who have been through the same thing. Take care. xx
i dont take meds at all this is what im saying it happens just to happen im not taking no meds just vitamins and antibotics for a urine infection thats all .
Smeggie, I agree 100x over
Love that Thanks
Has anyone noticed, over the last couple of months, that they have reduced the amount of chocolate covering the honeycomb.
All chocolate bars are thinner, smaller and dearer.
I see this as a good thing as it cuts down on our intake
HOWEVER !!!! To alter the composition of a malteeser is just WRONG !!
😡
You're all good brother. Normal stuff. You're inclined to think "life or death" so your body releases some crazy chemicals and makes you feel that way.
