Tight pressure inside head

I get a pressure in head as if the inside of my head is tightening up sometimes it feels so bad that I wake up from my sleep. Then when I wake up I get pain in the sides and back of my head.. I'm sure it's tension headaches because I've had a CAT scan to rule out anything but just wondering if anyone has the same thing

Yes, used to get this was a fuzzy feeling in my head as well.

I also suffered from really bad migraines as well. Don't get migraines very often now or that feeling in my head. I have done this by eating heathily, exercising, relaxation exercises, meditation and learning techniques to help me control my thoughts and also improve my self confidence.
