I get this. In fact I woke up today with it along with nausea. My solution..2 migraleive pink tabs and "4head" applied to my forehead and get outta flat for fresh air. Best wishes.
What have u taken or done to help ease it?. Ive experienced the pain u talk about for 3+ days....i just had to lie in a dark room until it passed. Everything passes..best wishes
I know but my mind is going into overdrive :/ i only saw the doctor yesterday,.. it’s like a constant tight feeling in one spot on my head it’s not a pain it’s weird
I'm not a doctor I'm afraid so theres no point continuing to talk about ur symptoms over and over again.but there's doctors at nhs24. So have u phoned nhs24 yet ? If i was as scared as you say u r i would not hesitate to call nhs24.
We all have our daily ups and downs. I get headaches a lot and sometimes on one side of my head.they are called neuralgias and they can be triggered by stress, worry, anxiety, etc. I take an ibuprofen because that's what my doctor suggested. However, no matter what you take sometimes the pain is there because of our constant alertness. Sometimes all we need is rest from all that overthinking. Try to relax by closing your eyes. You'll be fine.☀️
I've got major health anxiety and now the tightness on the left side of my forehead w/ no pain is my latest symptom. Did you ever figure out what is was?
