I know but my mind is going into overdrive :/ i only saw the doctor yesterday,.. it’s like a constant tight feeling in one spot on my head it’s not a pain it’s weird :(

I'm not a doctor I'm afraid so theres no point continuing to talk about ur symptoms over and over again.but there's doctors at nhs24. So have u phoned nhs24 yet ? If i was as scared as you say u r i would not hesitate to call nhs24.

We all have our daily ups and downs. I get headaches a lot and sometimes on one side of my head.they are called neuralgias and they can be triggered by stress, worry, anxiety, etc. I take an ibuprofen because that's what my doctor suggested. However, no matter what you take sometimes the pain is there because of our constant alertness. Sometimes all we need is rest from all that overthinking. Try to relax by closing your eyes. You'll be fine.☀️

Well I’m at the doctors today, because I can’t stop worrying about it.

The left side of my head feels so tight and heavy, gets worse when I’m stressed hope they can sort this out :(
