Panick is setting in!!π
There's no need to panic, 1973m, these are the symptoms of anxiety and although they may be unsettling and even disturbing they are not life-threatening, they cannot disable you and they cannot make you lose your mind. For reasons only you can say your nervous system has become sensitive due to stress, worry, overwork, disappointment or strain and your nerves are beginning to complain. These symptoms are caused by blips and glitches from your nerves and the important thing is not to let them frighten you too much because fear releases more of the hormone that keeps your nerves sensitised.
You aren't going to feel like this for ever, 1973m, it will pass. But you can greatly help that process by simply accepting these symptoms calmly and with the minimum of fear - after all you know that anxiety cannot do you any serious physical harm other than discomfort. So just accept the bad feelings, let them come but do not attach so much importance to them and let every muscle in your body relax as they rush past you, yield to them, do not fight them as fighting them only causes more strain and tension.
As I always say, imagine you are a rock on the shore, the sea crashes against the rock and rushes past it but the rock withstands it and is unmoved. You are that rock, 1973m, all you have to do is accept everything your jangled nerves throw at you without fear and with time both your nerves and you will recover.
These troubles will pass, you can help send them quickly on their way by accepting them without fear.
I really like how you illustrated this. I can sympathize with 1973m. I've been having similar symptoms. Yes I too have dealt with anxiety for years. I thought I had it under control. A few months ago felt my first panic attack. Whew , scared me . Thought I was having a heart attack. Didn't know what was going on. EKG and all tests came back normal. Even BP was good. Now it seems I've been experiencing more anxiety and symptoms of menopause so it intensifies my anxiety. Keep praying all of this passes soon. So great to read that others feel this and I'm not going crazy. Sure feels that way at times
Thank you for such a lovely response jeff1943 it's nice to read your knowledgeable reply .. There is lots going off and mostly I don't think it's nerves anymore, but I suppose my body is so tuned in to the daily worries that stresses just come out physically ! It's just so inconvenient, when your trying to get on with life . Thanks again I shall refer to your response often and keep strong!

The Acceptance method for recovery from anxiety disorder which I refered to was first set out in a short book by Doctor Claire Weekes titled 'Self helpwith your nerves' (uk edition) and 'Hope and help with your netves' (us edition) both available from Amaxon new or used. She wrote other books on the subject but this is the key one, it was written years ago but continues to help thousands to overcome bewilderment, anxiety, the secondary depression associated with anxiety and agrophobia.
