We all fear the wirst, patm1, that's what anxiety does to us, it exaggerates our fears out of all proportion and makes hypochondriacs of us all. You did the right thing seeing your doctor and getting an ultrasound, if there's anything physically wrong the scan will spot it. But I think it's 99% certain noyhing serious will be found. The stomach is the most sympathetic organto anxiety, more often than not that's where it makes itself felt first.

Maybe it's a bit of IBS, that can be dealt with with simple medication if it is. But I wouldn't fret, your ultrascan is more likely to bring reassurance than worrying news. Once you know that you DON'T have anything serious accept the doctor's decision and you will feel reassured. As for the abdomen problems, ask your doctor for something to gently relieve the symptoms. Everything is going to work out fine, I assure you.
