Before I went to the gym I was feeling kinda weird and my left side was hurting a little bit more then normal today but I didn't let it get too me, I stayed in bed all day and felt fatigued and tired just had no motivation too do anything and then I went too get a haircut at 3:45 pm came back home wrote some music and left at 7pm too the gym just got back and i feel nauseated and sick for no reason and sad, now I'm trying too relax and I'm venting right now which makes me feel a bit better but when ever I feel like this I think I have cancer and I hate it :/

Feeling really weird and down...
Hi.
Sorry to hear you have had a bad day. You still sound positive which is good, maybe you over did the gym work a bit that's why you felt sick, hope you feel better soon.
Take care Kenny
thank you for your concerns i really appreciate it I'm feeling somewhat better today I didn't stay in bed all day I've been very active now I'm thinking about playing some video games to relax ,keep my mind off of it
Hmmm. that is not how you should feel from working out. A bit tired, but the nausea concerns me. Are you eating enough? You can't work out without eating.
After working out I actually have a "high" that lasts all day. It's a natural high caused by hormones from working out. Perhaps you just had a bad day. I wouldn't be concerned unless this continues. Take care.
yeah I didn't really eat that good before i went too the gym and i do jiu-jitsu its grappling and ,after i felt really weird and felt like throwing up but I never do throw up, today i feel better just still kinda feel sick and my side is hurting as usual :/ I'm trying not too think like i have something more like a terminal illness cause then i end up getting depressed :/
Hi dameinlee94,
I went to the gym once without eating beforehand and nearly fainted. I was lifting weights and nearly toppled over. Really scared a guy who was working out on an exercise bike and myself. I think it was a combination of the preventative meds I take for my migraine headaches and the fact that I was straining to lift weights. Now I always make sure that I eat before I workout.
