Yes I agree with you on this one I was on Mirtazapine for 5 years and run out of it 2 weeks ago, I had other medical conditions so I was going to kill two birds by going to my G.P. for my condition and renew my miryazapine perscription as well, but I left it for 10 days to 14 days I felt good I was on 30mg but 3 days ago I hit a terrible low and my chest started fluttering and shivering for about 30 seconds it was like someone had walked over my grave and total fear, anxiety, panic disorder, i could not sleep until early morning I just wanted to stay in bed and not get up. I got 4 pills today to carry me over until Monday, hopefully I will get some sleep tonight, my past and my marriage all hit me at the same time, oh what a terrible feeling ,anyone feel the same ?

I have only had anxiety for two months and already I feel like it's taking over my life.

I haven't tried medication because I want to try and get through it without meds.

I feel shaky and dizzy all the time.

I have no idea what even triggered mine but I wish it would go away.

It is horrible. My heart always flutters and feels like its going to burst out of my chest :(
